In short, the LOPD-GDD is positioned as the new normative reference point at the national level, in conjunction with the RGPD, in the field of the protection of personal data, with impact on all social sectors and, among them, as a fundamental pillar of any state of law, the educational one. It is born, in short, a new right, the right to digital education, whose protected legal right is double, the privacy and protection of minors on one side, education on digital values of another. Seldom can I, in my opinion, be more in agreement with the mission of a norm.
